Refund Policy

At Haverpack, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you find any issue or defect with your product, we are happy to offer a replacement. However, this is subject to the condition that all labels and stickers on the product remain intact.

If you encounter a problem, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Once we verify the issue and confirm that the labels and stickers are in their original condition, we will process the replacement promptly. Refunds, if applicable, will take 5-7 working days to be credited to your bank account.

Return policy- If you receive Wrong product or damaged product, you have 2 days to return the product after delivery.
